Snowbird Hua Hin – Home Watch & Concierge

Snowbird Hua Hin provides Home Watch and concierge services that are scheduled and delivered over time. For that reason, refunds are handled in a fair and practical way, based on what has already been provided and what has been reserved in our schedule.
1) Monthly service fees (subscriptions)

Service fees are generally billed monthly in advance (unless otherwise agreed).

If you cancel your plan, services will continue during the 30-day notice period and the applicable monthly fee remains payable.

Where a payment has been made in advance for a period after services end, we will assess any refund on a case-by-case basis, taking into account scheduled visits already completed, visits reserved in our calendar, and any non-recoverable costs.
2) One-off services and add-ons
One-off services (such as Arrival Readiness, Departure Close-Down, additional visits, storm checks, or project supervision) are typically:

non-refundable once the service has been delivered, and
-
non-refundable once vendors have been booked or costs have been incurred specifically for your request.
If you cancel a one-off service before it is delivered, we will confirm whether any refund is possible after deducting any non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., cleaning bookings, transport, or materials).
3) Vendor and third-party costs
Any third-party/vendor costs (cleaners, tradespeople, materials, call-out fees, etc.) are outside our control and are generally non-refundable, unless the vendor agrees to a refund directly.
4) Missed visits due to access issues
If a scheduled visit cannot be completed because access is not available or conditions are unsafe (for example, keys/codes not working or no permission granted), the visit may be treated as chargeable and/or rescheduled at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
5) How to request a refund review
If you believe a refund is appropriate, please contact us with:
