Many owners rely on informal help while they are away. That can be useful, but it often lacks consistency, documentation, and clear responsibility—especially when the home is empty through the wet season.

How we work, controls, access & approvals
Structured inspections, not guesswork
Each visit follows a consistent checklist and focuses on the areas most likely to deteriorate when a home is unoccupied—security, water leaks, humidity/mold indicators, air-conditioning performance, pests/insects, and (where applicable) pool and garden condition. After each visit, you receive a time-stamped photo report and a clear action list.
If an issue requires attention, we can obtain quotes from trusted trades and coordinate the work—only with your approval, unless emergency mitigation is needed to prevent escalating damage (and only where you have pre-authorised us to do so).
Clear procedures that protect you & your property
We treat access management and approvals as core responsibilities. During onboarding we agree:
