Fair and Transparent Home Watch Cost Hua Hin
Every home in Hua Hin is different, so we don’t apply a “one price fits all” approach. Instead, we quote in a way that is fair and consistent for each owner, based on the real time and responsibility required to look after your property properly.
After your enquiry, we complete a short onboarding assessment (either by a brief site visit or from clear property details and photos). We then confirm your plan (WATCH / CARE / STEWARD) and calculate a quote using the key factors that materially affect service time and risk: property size and layout, age/condition, pool and garden requirements, access arrangements, travel time, and any special instructions (e.g., vehicles on-site, sensitive systems, storm readiness).
You will receive a clear monthly fee (or per-visit rate), along with any optional add-ons such as arrival readiness, departure close-down, extra storm checks, or project supervision. There are no hidden charges—any repair work is coordinated only with your approval (except emergency mitigation if pre-authorised).

Weekly oversight for higher-value homes, larger properties, or owners who want maximum reassurance. Faster detection of issues and more active coordination of maintenance and vendor work — always with documented reporting.
