We start with an onboarding visit to understand your property, access arrangements, and your preferred approval limits. We then conduct scheduled inspections based on your chosen plan and send a report within 24 hours — including a Red/Amber/Green summary, time-stamped photos, and recommended actions.
If any work is required, we obtain quotes from trusted trades and proceed only with your approval (unless emergency mitigation is needed to prevent escalating damage).

Our inspections are designed to catch small issues before they become expensive problems.
